The site known as “Wishing Well” is located in the Coastal National Park along La Rue Des Pres in St. Ouen. This modern-day family dwelling forms a symbiotic relationship with its surrounding landscape creating a journey from the driveway to the front door.
The dwelling opens up to its surroundings, linking the sea and land in it’s arrangement and providing a visually exciting and naturally toned external appearance which blends into its natural context through its use of local materials and enhanced landscape.
The rugged external appearance provides a range of ecological enhancements and the SRE and stone construction ensures the proposed dwelling is able to resist the aggressive weather conditions of St. Ouen’s bay.
