The site is situated with in the London Borough of Greenwich and the East Greenwich conservation area,
The ambition for the site at Pelton Road is to create a cluster of dwellings that draw on the existing character of the area; to create modern homes that are as much a reminder of the site’s past as they are a vision for the site’s future.
